Water Polo ACT Strategic Plan 2022-2025

The Water Polo ACT Strategic Plan was approved by the Board on Friday 10^th December 2021. The Strategic Plan to Water Polo Australia’s Strategic Framework pillars of EMPOWER, DEVELOP, PLAY, PERFORM and PROSPER. The plan will guide annual operational plans whilst also providing guiding principles for decision making at board level.

Water Polo ACT Operational Plan 2023-2025

The 2023-2025 Water Polo ACT Operational Plan has been developed to ensure strategic targets are met through initatives undertaken by WPACT staff. The plan will be reviewed annually as we grow into it and new areas for development are recognised.

Water Polo Australia National Strategic Framework 2020-2030

Water Polo Australia together with the State Associations, is pleased to present the National Strategic Framework 2020 - 2030 which unites the sport under a shared mission. The development of the National Strategic Framework (NSF) is a significant step for Water Polo in Australia. The commitment of the eight Boards and their management teams is to be acknowledged and commended. This framework unites water polo under a single Mission and Vision. Eight game plans have been moduled into one, the NSF and all eight players have valuable roles to play in order to achieve team success.
